Nice humor 1SG James L Vetter. I use the smart phone for news typically when traveling, but of course that's after checking/sending emails and text messages.

I prefer a newspaper. People leave me alone more often then not compared to using an Ipod. However using a electronic device -Ipad,android,Iphone ect- is just convenient given the selection available at a moments notice. As opposed making the drive to the local store to buy one go home then get done and want to read a different magazine/newspaper so you have to return to the store.
Poor spider, his girlfriend should have listened. haha

I read both, but I definitely prefer the newspaper.
