Hey guys yup I’m back AGAIN. So I can’t find anything on the regulations and terms of wearing the fleece jacket. Can anyone copy and paste it where it specifies the temperature it’s worn at and what other garments are meant to be worn with it. I can’t find it is all I find is it could be used as under layers or outer top and is meant to be worn loosely.

No such thing. That'll be a local policy.

Lol so update on this, I gave him all the examples of what I found versus division Pam unit policies and regulations, I was right :). The thing is he treats me like I’m not competent because I’m not an nco yet but I can’t get promotable because I’m reclassing if I wasn’t reclassing id have my chevrons. So there’s kind of the line of she’s not an nco so she must not know and I actually know more than a lot of ncos. Our problem is the wrong people are getting pinned and there’s not a real evaluation of who we are giving these responsibilities too, they ask the same questions at the board and everyone just memorizes it. There’s a difference in memorizing and understanding and digesting it. But thank you so much sfc for your help and advice! SFC Michael Hasbun
