How easy is it to reclass at the time of reenlistment?

I’m looking at getting back in but I may not get the job I want (needs of the army). So the recruiter said I could go back in as an MP and reclass during my ETS window... I don’t believe him.

Wait it out if you can man. Who knows You may like being an MP or hate it to the point you don’t re-enlist.

You could reclass at your next reenlistment window, but there are more class seats available to the recruiting side than the reclass side. You don't even have to be near your ETS, you can reclass once you are on station one year. It really just depends what you want to reclass into.
