What are some short-term housing options, resources or ideas that we can use at JBLM until we can get a house on post?

PCSing with family to JBLM. We got an opportunity to active. This was very short notice and we wont have a lot of time to save and could be moving within the next month and a half. Are there short term housing options, resources or ideas until we can get a house on post?

Housing is pretty packed right now, especially with people being forced to move out due to the black mold issue. We still have families who are being housed in hotels waiting to be relocated or have their mold issues fixed. You might be on a wait list for months, much longer than you can afford living in a hotel.
I would suggest living off post in the neighboring areas, expect to put down one month's rent for a security deposit.
