There will be many openings in that unit form the top down and those involved need severe discipline, if they are in leadership positions their rank needs to be reduced and careers ended. This behavior goes against every Army and human value. There is no place in the Army for leaders that encouraged this behavior to another Soldier EVER.

Time they become PFC'S Proud F$#$#ng Civilians and OTH discharge. JMO
