How long does a DEP discharge waiver take to get approved for the Navy?

I swore into the navy in September and had to get discharged from dep in October due to wrist pain . I saw a specialist who cleared me and have all documentation.

Recruiter said he has no idea he’s never submitted a medical dep discharge waiver before
