Look periodically the head shed tries to come up with something to enable changes in the various Corps. Normally after an increase in wrongful incidents. This to suppose to buy into clearing house, re-installing certain values. The only works if everyone is buying into it and actually working on it. , just no paying lip service.

Please do not overlook the numerous SOLDIERS who do what they are told to do; follow the rules, and who remain focused and motivated no matter what.

LTC Lee Bouchard
Most, if not all, EM or soldiers will and strive to becoming NCO's themselves. They need the training, coaching and mentoring of the NCO's over them to get them there. Their recognition will come along with their accomplishments and promotions along the way.
