Is there anything I can tactfully do about my chain of command continually making it impossible to attend my SFL TAPS workshops? I’ve rescheduled it once already 2 months later than the previous one and may end up having to reschedule again. I’m approaching my ETS date in less than 8 months.

It's very easy for your leadership to say "no" it takes work for them to say "yes".
