I’ve been doing some thinking and beside the 237 APFT, could my current assignment be an issue. On my resume I listed what I am currently doing, but my SRB shows over strength because there is no MTOE position for me.

I didn’t get picked up until my second look. It happened to the best of us. Fix what you can improve, send your updates in and maybe you’ll get it next board

The unit being over strength is not your doing and when evaluating candidates, they are looking at you, not the unit status. The Army is incredibly simple and chances are you already know what they are looking for, don't over think this. Ask some warrants what their APFT was when they were accepted, 237 might be low or just fine. Does your marksmen level play a factor? I have no clue but I bet you know what you need to work on and remember you have NCO buddies that many things only takes a couple of them to test you.

That specific concern, probably not. But I'm told WO candidacy is very big on attention to detail. That being said, there could be issues that stand out. I'll tell you the two guys I helped get selected had big issues in their Resumes..I'd start with all of your personal write ups.

SSG (Join to see) You're packet will get rolled over to the next board and you'll just submit corrections as far as I know.
