I am trying to find out, per regulation, as a Veteran no longer in active enlistment, am I authorized to wear my Army Class A/Dress Blues for my wedding... I've searched through publications I can find, but can only find where it relates to other people's weddings and/or funerals... Any Intel would be greatly appreciated.

Read AR670-1 Chapter 21
Wear of the Army Uniform by Reserve, Retired, Separated, and Civilian Personnel,

Yes if retired, otherwise

21–4. Former members of the Army
a. Unless qualified under another provision of this regulation, or under the provisions of 10 USC 772, former members of the Army may only wear the uniform if they served honorably during a declared or undeclared war, and if their most recent service was terminated under honorable conditions.

The only caution might be, ensure you are not presenting the appearance of current service.

Were I to show up at a wedding in dress uniform it would be reasonably obvious Im retired , and those that know me of course there would be no doubt.
If a younger person wore the dress uniform to an event that few knew him, it might not be so obvious. Still not a big deal, just make sure all you make contact with know it is the dress uniform of prior service, not current

Re-enlist then there will be no problem, JUST KIDDING!!! If it still fits and you are retired go for it, my friend researched it for his own wedding and it was completely within reg's. We ragged on him because he had to have it let out some. He said it was muscule gain but we said FAT, YEE HA.

I am actually considering reenlisting(Guard) but need to get some things straightened out in civilian life first, and don't know if I'll still meet age requirements by then....
