Yes, they are. Specially after Oct 2020, the Big Army is expecting tonsplit out this MOS. Currently 15W includes Grey Eagle and Shadow platform. After the split it will be 15W for Grey Eagle and 15C for Shadow. Once in place, most likely the promo points in Shadow area will become more attractive.

I thought it was 15C for GE and 15W for Shadow.

My under standing is 15c flys the Grey Eagle and 15w flys the Shadow
