I am on E4 looking to use the IPAP program to become physician‘s assistant however, I am currently not a citizen. I do have my undergraduate bachelors degree in bio chem and molecular bio And would like to know how I could go about getting into the program?

You cannot. The message is very clear on this. You must be a citizen, you must be capable of having a secret clearance, you must be eligible for commission.

SPC (Join to see) it's because it's a commissioning program, so in addition to getting accepted into University of Nebraska PA Program, you have to be fully qualified to commission.

I’d suggest working towards the pre reqs while working on your citizenships. Also look at strengthing things like PT
