What happens when my recruiter can’t contact my Reserve unit?

I joined the army reserves as a 68w, E4 in an E5 slot.

If you know your unit, then you go and intro yourself. I'm finding it odd that your Recruiter can't contact them. Also, I'm surprised your Recruiter isn't taking you there.

SSG (Join to see) yes...M-F at a RC unit, the UA is the only one there unless it’s a drill weekend or the CDR/1SG are there by accident

And that’s the problem with reserve and national guard units. Just blows my mind! The Army or unit is not supposed to stop on any given day because of one person. That’s embarrassingLTC Jason Mackay
