Are others having problems with the CPT Board File not working (2020 TPU)?

I'm wondering if there are others out there having access problems with the their Board File for the 2020 TPU CPT Board. 28-FEB was day 1 the file was supposed to have opened, and I've tapped out just about all the ways I know how to get around the HRC site.

Access your board file through the HRC self service portal. You have until 20 April, but don't wait that long. If your personal computer isn't working try a government one. Or maybe it's your certificates on your CAC. All DOD just converted, so you could try clearing your certs and SSL in your internet options and try again.

I just got everything working again regarding my CAC last month, and was recently in the HRC portal looking at vacancies.
It wasn’t until the board file open date did it stop working.
I’ve spun my wheels before chasing IT ghosts trying to fix things on my end only to find out it’s on the Army side.
I’d like confirmation if other selection candidates are having similar issues.

CPT (Join to see) It may sound simple but GOOGLE "Is CPT file not working"? Is talks about the frustrations of opening the files.
