Since I was selected on the FY18 SFC List, will I still be promoted if I graduate from SLC in Aug 2020 but the list expires on 1 Sep 2020?

So I was recommended for promotion to SFC on the FY18 SFC List. I have yet to be promoted due to not meeting the SLC requirement. I was removed from schooling in 2018 because I was flagged. Now my request to be reenrolled was approved but I was scheduled to attend SLC from 12 July 2020 to 21 August 2020. The FY18 SFC List will expire on 1 September 2020. Once I complete SLC I will be fully eligible but due to the time constraint and also making sure my NCOES documents have been received, will I still be selected for promotion pin-on by September?

As I understand it, no, you will not be promoted. You would have missed the window due to your school not letting out until the 20th. You would not be fully eligible for promotion until your records were updated as to successful school completion and graduation, sometime after the 20th.

I'm currently attending SLC with a classmate in the same list. From my understanding is that you fall under the old rules and you will pin on the day after graduation.
