Does the heartbeat bill in Georgia guarantee an extra $500 from the COVID stimulus bill for pregnant mothers?

Does it also mean that anyone can now drink, vote, and/or drive nine months earlier?

Or, more bluntly...

My guess would be that children are probably based upon claimed dependents on your appropriate tax return from 2018 or 2019.
