about a year after my ETS I was called by a survey from MSU asking me all kinds of questions about my current employment and my job security and how I felt about my current career field. I know the survey was a legitimate survey, they had my unit take part one after we returned from deployment and we all signed and agreed to take part two at some point in the future. most of the questions were normal easy to answer question, but toward the end I noticed that they began asking questions about medication you may or may not be taking, or suicidal tendencies, but the ones that got me the most were "how often do you use a firearm?" "Do you own any firearms?" and "how many firearms do you keep in your home?" I declined to answer these questions and I thought it was a little strange. has anyone else experienced anything like this?

In the federal civil service, we get surveyed to death! I swear, it seems like I am getting "invited" to do some kind of survey every other week. Not long ago I was wondering about whether or not this kind of thing was happening in the military as well ...
