Can my divorce decree get me in trouble by the Army?

So I had a process server served a friend of mine with my divorce documents because spouse won’t sign the divorce paperwork. As soon as I get my divorce decree from the court, will legal still be able to process it and will my divorce will be finalized?

You really disgust me. I took the high road during my divorce. I hope you get punished for your stupidity less than honorable deeds. You really want to piss of the judge?

SGT (Join to see) - Really? You're gonna try that card? You purposefully had someone (by your own admission) pose as your wife to be served papers so you can get the divorce done. That right there is deception and probably conspiracy. Your friend forged your wife's name in receipt of papers. That is forgery...at least for your friend. You would/could be nailed for accessory after the fact. Depending if there is supposed to be money for your wife....that's where fraud could come in. It's not a matter of regulations. It's a matter of law and you trying to circumvent the law. If this bullshit divorce process even gets blessed off then comes to light later to your wife and she files a complaint/appeal....this can and will come back and bite you in the ass. Hard. Plus...down below....you stated this is wrong. So.....you admit that you know what you're doing is WRONG. Boom. Now let's add Conduct Unbecoming. I truly hope and pray that your command gets wind of this and recommends Court Martial for you. Let's have some legal folks here on RP weigh in. SGT (Join to see) - But to answer your question: Manual of Courts Martial. Conspiracy is Article 81. Forgery/Deception is Article 105. Article 77 for Principles (where the accessory would probably fall under). Since you're not an Officer, your misconduct could probably fall under Article 134.
