Has anyone heard of the War Ink Project?

I found this while researching the new tattoo policy, and while completely unrelated, is a really cool attempt to help show the similarities and uniqueness of veterans with ink.

Anyone heard of this before? Do you think it's a meaningful attempt to help target some specific transitional barriers?
