Have any space a facility's begun to open up yet either billeting or flights?

I realize that billeting and flights have been restricted to duty only because of the covid-19 situation and that a lot of travel for both military and civilian has been restricted. However in light of gradual reopening in many states, trying to find out if anybody has noticed any of those facilities reopening or announcing plans to do so. Thanks

Sir, you answered you question in your details.
Currently, all Space A locations are restricted for Duty only billeting. Personal use is not authorized under current stop move guidance. There is no timeline for their reopening as they are being used to transport IET soldiers to their destinations and the Air Force has restricted access to their regular cargo schedule.
