Can civilians mix ocp camo with everyday clothing?

I see people rocking the bdu camo all the time as regular clothes, such as bdu pants mixed with a hoodie, and sometimes with acu camo, but would this be authorized with ocp camo? I know I myself am not really supposed to mix uniform with civvies, but if I were to send a pair of pants to my little brother for example, are there any regs being violated?

Despite common sense or even post clothing guidelines - they do wear whatever they want. Sometimes it does work as an effective replacement for ipecac.....

BY regs they are not suppose to waer uniforms with names, rank, unit patches, badges. Now try to enforce that one- wish you luck.
