Tips for pre-rasp and rasp 2020?

I just volunteered for RASP, I have watched some YouTube videos about it. I am a little worried about the land nav(I'm not that great at land nav). Any tips about that or anything else I can expect?

Look, everything is covered in the Ranger Handbook- get one and commit it to memory and know it front and back.
