Anyone? I was introduced to this a few weeks ago and am on my second week. I've ran 4-5 miles every day for the last week. At 42 yrs old, this hurts, but I can do it. Anyone else want to join?

At 57 years old, I think it would simply be too much for me. But I'll be there in spirit, sir. Good on ya for taking this bold step.
