Anyone? I was introduced to this a few weeks ago and am on my second week. I've ran 4-5 miles every day for the last week. At 42 yrs old, this hurts, but I can do it. Anyone else want to join?

At 57 years old, I think it would simply be too much for me. But I'll be there in spirit, sir. Good on ya for taking this bold step. GEN Casey included staying fit in his six keys to a successful transition. It's so important to stay in shape, and I applaud you, MAJ (Join to see)! (I'm cheering from the sidelines!)

Wish I could, Sir. Put on light duty for the next 3 weeks due to "runner's knees", taking Mobic and wearing a knee sleeve. Hope you achieve your goal!

MAJ (Join to see) My lovely wife just told me she is sure I can run at least 5 yards a day ..... Now, at 54 years old and decades away from service BECAUSE my wonderful wife is SO supporting - I will try to give this a shot. I make no promises, but I will do my best :)
