Does anyone know of an army regulation that discusses WOCS equivalent courses?

I'm putting together a package for getting credit for wocs for having attended navy OCS. Found out the process, but would like a regulation to cite before I proceed. So far ive only had people tell me the credit transfers. Having a hard time finding the regulation. Thanks for the help!

You should be able to contact the proponent for the MOS you are applying for (I assume aviation) contact info can be found on the USAREC website. Commissioned officers go through a different selection process, and if selected, they typically show up to WOCC, and change their rank out for CW2 and report in.
