How to contact a strength manager in Yongsan, Korea?

Does anybody have any contact information for a strength manager in Yongsan, Korea?
I have a soldier who is currently trying to get stationed in Korea. The branch manager had mentioned that if the soldier drop airborne status and become promotable, she would have a better opportunity getting Korea. It was also suggested to contact strength manager in Korea to what's projected to be open in six months prior to the SM's DEROS.
