In April of 2019 I transfered out of a national guard MP company into an intel analyst slot with my state's aviation battalion. I was supposed to leave for MOSQ before the end of July 2020 (so in about a week and a half) but the the school got closed off to non Utah residents by their TAG due to Covid. Now, the next available class doesn't appear to be until the end of 2021 going into 2022. Having been in this slot in our S2 for over a year and not MOS qualified, how would this affect re-enlistment or being possibly flagged as my contract is up Feb 2021? I had been planning on possibly staying in for at least another 2 years after this contract was up but with what's going on now, I'm not sure especially if holding this slot for so long without having the schooling

You can still compete for promotion in whatever MOS you currently have (31-something), and you can still extend while sitting NDMOSQ in your current position.
Accepting that promotion does mean leaving your current position, and eligibility for that MOS school.

Your extension will need to meet the time remaining in service (TRS) obligation for your school, based on the graduation date.
Great question for your retention NCO.
