Is wine ordered for chaplain religious services an expendable item? What happens when too much is ordered? What is the proper way to dispose of excess/surplus chaplain's wine supply? Give to Soldiers, turn back in, or throw away?

TSgt James Potter - My parish priest wasn't like that, but Fr. Joe H____ our police chaplain was. I would like to be the type of priest that Fr. Joe was, without his particular set of vices.

As an Altar Boy at the chapel back in the early 60's, I would take it out the back door and down the hatch.

CPT (Join to see) - Actually several jolts, as I served all Sunday masses. Used to have a priest whowould take me into Boston College on Fridays and we would have hamburgers in the school cafeteria. ( Catholics weren't supposed to eat meat on Fridays, but military and the brats were exempt) Boy did we get some looks

Also, what if I observed it this one time, but it was the property book officer giving my Soldiers the excess Chaplains wine. Then i find out from the chaplain that their wine supply was full, but someone not the Chaplain put in another order of wine. It seems like someone is using government funds to procure surplus wine so they can dispose of it
