Is there any help out there? for veterans to get custody of there kids?

Talk to your county vet rep. They should no of lawyers in the area that help vets at reduced rates or even pro bono.

We have joint custody but she has guardianship over them but my son is 13 and wants to come live with me and in texas they're able to choose
