My reading of the VA regulations say yes, that Title 32 orders if they are over 24 months or you complete the duration of the orders, as long as one day is in a war time period will get you full Veteran Status. That should include everything since the first Gulf War.

SPC (Join to see) ADT time does not count. However, your written orders would be proof that it was not for training. That may just be the available pay code for title 32.

Title 32 orders of at least 31 days give Guard members access to numerous federal benefits, such as Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH); lower-cost Tricare coverage; Department of Veterans Affairs benefits like the GI Bill or Home Loan Guaranty program.

Not until you accumulate a total of 180 AD days outside of training time.

Brother,
Any individual that completed a service for any branch of armed forces classifies as a veteran as long as they were not dishonorably discharged. However, with regard to applicable benefits, that's another considerations for compensation, Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) and death pension. See Title 38 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
