I got some documents in my ompf I want to try to get moved before SFC board. Anyone got experience? I got a DUI and I got a gomor in my file that I want moved to my restricted. Is it a hard process? Its been 4 years since it happen.

The information on removal is on the HRC website. It’s a simple request that must be made after at least a year has passed. Doesn’t mean it will be approved, but that is the process

It's not a hard process but you need to make sure you show the board you have served your punishment and it served its purpose. Get excellent character letters on your behalf from prior chain of commands and show you have grown from that Dui via awards, schools and what you have done since your punishment. You can get it removed but you have to be meticulous and do your due diligence on your behalf.

Did The General who gave you the GOMR state in the letter that this was to filed in your unrestricted file? I’ve seen commanders do this if they feel the offense was severe enough to warrant remaining in your permanent record. I’d check that first before you start working with HRC.
