Is it possible for Warrant Officers to go into Special Forces or do you have to be enlisted and then go Special Forces?

180A is only fed by CMF 18.

If a warrant in another branch really wants to go SF, they can resign their commission, revert to SGT or SSG, the highest NCO rank they had completed PME for, and go to SFAS and SFQC as an NCO.
They would be eligible to apply for warrant after three years on a team.

Or an 18A can revert to warrant (for more team time, I presume would be the reason).

Most Warrant Officer MOSs require a feeder MOS. Aviation and Transportation were the only two that I have come across that did not require a feeder. Each Branch proponent sets the minimum requirements for their Warrant Officers. Special Forces requires a Warrant Officer candidate to have an 18 Series MOS and used to have a 3 year ODA experience requirement. The only exception to that was O-grade 18As.

Some Cyber and Signal warrants don't require an enlisted feeder MOS either, but have civilian education requirements; i.e. certain computer degrees and/or certifications.
