What are my chances to be stationed at Fort Belvoir as 12N?

My re-enlisted widow will be open a few months what are my chances to get Fort Belvoir without reclass to 12P

I’d look into the Old Guard. That’s your best chance, but your assignment would be at Joint Base Mayer-Henderson, which is about 14 miles form Belvior. Good luck.

There is an EN BN on post...but just one as far as I'm aware. If the stars align I suppose it's possible, but pretty unlikely.
There is also a Reserve EN CO here that might be easier to find a place in if you decide not to re-enlist and go RC.

I am in the process of transferring a TPU to the reserve unit over their on Belvoir. I actually liked living on Belvoir, didn't care for VA schools that much but loved the Base.
