How can you access your statement of retirement points?

I recently made the jump from the army reserves to active duty and my new S1 is trying to calculate my new BASD with my reserve time. I’ve been able to access it in the past, but now when I access hrc and try to download my statement of retirement points I get an error message that the pdf can’t be downloaded. I have tried from my home network as well as the army network and got the same message both times. Is there another way to access this document?

I just printed mine from my cell phone. Log into hrcapp.mil, use your CAC card then hit retirement page then print. I just did it

Go to HRC Web site, log in with your CAC, You can get your retirement statement through there

Switching to Microsoft edge somehow fixed my problem. Thank you everyone for the help!

I wonder if that's the case, I'm using edge now as well, but haven't bothered going to HRC since then until now. It's slow as hell though.
