In any instance, can 2 Foreign Awards be worn on the ASU?

So initially was wondering if I could wear both the edelweiss and schützenschnur. Wesring the schütz. On the shoulder and the edelweiss above the pocket. I did check out ar/da pan 670-1 out. But 670-1 said only 1 could be worn while the pan said you could wear 1 on the jacket and the shirt.

You can only wear one award on the RIGHT side, but if you receive foreign awards that are represented by Ribbons/Medals... then yes, you can have more than one foreign award.

Only 1 at a time. Whether it be the jacket or the shirt. Which means you could wear one on your jacket, and then the other one on your shirt, if you wished to. Basically, only ONE can be displayed.
