Does anyone have the reg/memo or whatever it is for Restriction of Movement. We got soldiers on leave and I am trying to find out what big army defines as ROM and what limitations that implies for the soldiers. So if anyone can show me where to find the Army's or DOD's ROM guidance I would very much appreciate it.

Restriction of movement is just the fancy term for quarantine. No specific regulation or memo that I recall, but it means no leaving the place f residence for anything for 14 days.

I have had to ROM three times in the past few months. On Army, Navy, and Marine bases. Each time there was a local instruction that was being followed. Each base had slightly different instructions. It would be best if you see what kind of local instruction your installation is utilizing.
