I will be starting Paralegal and wondering what will be happening from the moment of acceptance to VR&E until the start of classes?

Until classes start, not much happens except paperwork shuffle between you and your counselor.
Talk to your counselor early and often.
Get in touch with your school's VA office / processing center / whatever to make sure they have all the paperwork they need.

Starting to get things together for Paralegal to start. Should have an appointment soon and then more information. I even researched jobs and WOW! $17 an hour to start at the local level of government or entry level and 50K at state level of government. Never thought this was possible and could do this or anything like this ever!
