What does the ice hockey scene look like around Ft. Rucker?

PCSing to Fort Rucker soon and I'm wondering what the Ice Hockey scene looks like there. Are there any leagues, pickup, stick and puck, ETC..?

It’s been eons since my last adventure in the Rucker AO, but there were nothing sporty there besides Army/Navy or Auburn/‘Bama!

There is the Southern Professional Hockey League. Teams near Rucker are the Huntsville Havoc and the Birminham Bulls.

It's 4 1/2 hours from Huntsville to Rucker and 3 hours from Birmingham. You have to be really serious about some Hockey to make that drive. lol

LTC (Join to see) I was stationed at Anniston Army Depot and made treks to both as well as one to Macon. Hockey fans will go where they can.
