I have reached my breaking point with writing these things. I have written or assisted in other branches evaluation systems and multiple different companies in the real world. Either the content is there or it is not. You have a minimal amount of space to fit junk into and it has to be formatted in weird ways with fake words with the Air Force.
I would like to give a tongue lashing to whoever came up with the current EPR system.
I have really considered re-writing the Gettysburg address in Air Force EPR format with the crazy words and posting it.

Preach! Why can't we just write a paragraph or an essay paper on what our people have done and how it impacts. Then we could get the point across better. Not really looking for an answer to the question "why?" I know it's ridiculous. But you are right, either they are doing the job or they aren't whether they "streamlined", "led", "refurbished", or were a "powerhouse" or not.
