When will I receive orders to attend AIT for 35G? Will my family be able to come with me?

Long story short, I recently re-enlisted for reclass to 35G. My school date is June of 2021. Will my family be able to come with me since the school is longer than 22 weeks? Also when will I know my next duty station?

It's a PCS move so you can bring your family with. You won't need to go to S3 or schools because you won't be TDY at all. You can choose to leave your family behind by requesting a BAH Waiver so you aren't moving your family twice in a year. You'll find out your next duty station when the rest of your classmates do.

Yes, MOS-T (AIT) students are also number 1 priority for on post housing, which there is plenty of right now. I would highly recommend looking into the on post housing as off post housing is not nearly as nice, unless you want to fork out a good amount as the BAH is not that high at Fort Huachuca.

When you are within 120 days from the start of the school date, visit your career counselor, he will make sure that you ready to go. After that you need to get with the S3 to work in the TDY part.
