A TPU to TPU transfer is not hard to do. The challenge will be finding an Engineer Billet. You can drive a long, long way in Texas to the next nearest EN BN.
Chances are, your bonus is tied to position and/or MOS, so transferring might have consequences for you as an initial contract Soldier.

As a First Sergeant, I have to ask. What has happened at your unit that would have you considering giving up on it so soon after joining? Maybe some more practical advice is in order before you pull the pin.

I have school and family hardship and my unit doesn't support me, they try to get me in trouble.(unexcuse absense for battle assembly). And right now since i lock myself out of ako, i can't find my current status either.

Thanks 1sg

PFC Tuan Trang, leaders will listen to their Soldiers. We care about your challenges and want to help you find balance between Army and Family. It is crucial when we need you to deploy. But your responsibility is to communicate, and not at the last minute.
If you need help with information about your status, contact your unit administrator. If you have been getting U's, you'd know because you'd be receiving certified mail telling you what your status was.
DO NOT WAIT. The Army will go rolling along without you, if you do not speak up. I can tell you with certainty that if you get in contact with your Chain of Command and follow their instructions to get right with the unit, you will get back on the right side of things.
Don't give up yet.

If they are unresponsive. contact me again and I'll give you some more pointed suggestions, depending on the situation.
Good Luck

What kind of problems are you having? Have you addressed these problems with your CoC?

As for transferring to a new unit, all that is needed is: Search the USARC site for unit search engine. You can break it down to types of units. Once you find another unit that has 12B slots, then you contact them to see if any of their E-4 and below slots are empty. If they are, then express your desire to transfer. Then, if they want/need you, they will (should) initiate the transfer request to your current unit. Then pray your current unit agrees to the transfer.

But again, have you tried fixing the problems first?
