My DTS keeps getting kicked back for reasons me and my leadership can figure out. It looks like I may not get my tickets in time. What would happen to me if I’m a no show?

Then you're listed as a No Show in ATRRS. It's your Commanders responsibility to ensure you make it to school on time.
There's no secret to why your DTS is getting kicked back. It's not like there's a computer program automatically rejecting it, there's some person rejecting it and your DTS has their name listed. Open your DTS, find the name of the person and go ask them.
Don't forget, COVID restrictions for most/all TRADOC courses right now state that if you aren't traveling by sterile military transport, you must arrive 14 days early and ROM at the school

But, when DTS is rejected, there is usually an explanation as to why in the rejection email.

You'll be marked as a No Show. Someone is gonna get butthurt about you not showing up. Your Commander and 1SG will have to explain why.
