Up at night frequently and/or can't find sleep at home?

I frequently find that I am up all or most of the night when I am home.
Yet I can be at drill and fall asleep in minutes, even on the drill shed floor.
I'm not sure if it is a bad pattern I've developed off duty, or the lack of structure I have at home.

PFC Rivers, this could actually be a medical condition. I recommend you speak to your primary care provider and possibly get scheduled for a sleep study. So start with your doctor, and go from there.
