Can anyone share an example letter or template to the president of the board for the Promotion board for a late NCOER?

My NCOER thru date is January 28 and the NLT date for the board is the 26 of January and a complete the record is not an option

The evaluation is not technically late, but I would like the evaluation to taken into consideration since the evaluation has bullets that can benefit me compare to my last evaluation that is a year old.

From my understanding (after the last SSG board) they will not consider anything that is outside of the dates put out. My evaluation for the last one was 4 days after, I did the letter and called the board assistance number after to try to see if it was in my record for the actual board evaluation and was told if it’s not between those dates it will not be considered if that’s the point they would not put out hard dates if they were going to allow things outside the submission window. But I say go for it they maybe be feeling friendly this year. Good Luck
