Found Out my Last Unit Received a Unit Award for Our deployment to Iraq. My question is that the whole memo I pulled off of HRC is about 9 pages long with every unit or company that earned the award during that timeframe. Does this need to be uploaded to my IPERMS to prove I am authorized to wear the award or is there another document required?

You can upload it if you choose. But if you upload it, the PII of everyone else needs to be redacted. You don't need to upload all nine pages, just the announcement of the award and the page with your name on it

So it doesn’t have my name or anybody else’s name on it. Just a list of units and companies that are authorized for that award. That’s why I’m curious if a memorandum needs to be created that goes on my iperms. But who would even be the approving authority for that? I’ve been out of that unit for almost 3 years and HRC published the orders 1 year ago.

SFC (Join to see) I've never seen a memorandum for it. What I have seen is just the orders and a manifest if it's a unit award for a deployment, or just the award if it's for everyone in the unit at a specific time.
Don't sweat it too much, there's nobody going into your iperms and picking apart your awards with a fine tooth comb. The evaluation board has a few minutes to grade your record, there are bigger factors for them to judge. Just use the orders to have your S1 add it to your SRB.
