Already been answered, but... holy hell, SPC, have you not been taught to use a reg? AR 600-8-22 can VERY easily answer this for you. And you should already at least KNOW about that one and what it is good for.

1 oak leaf cluster, as you said the ribbon represents one, so the oak leaf = 2
