How can I change my RE-Code in order to re-enlist in the Marine Corps? (RE-3F Fraudulent Enlistment)?

Hi everyone, I'll try my best to be brief and detailed as possible.
Nearly 3-4 years ago I went to Marine Corps boot camp and was discharged ELS because of my medical history as a child of seeing psychiatrist and taking medications. These were all my mothers forceful decisions at the time, I had no decision on my own health as my mother was very controlling. The psychiatrist at MCRD diagnosed me with "unspecified anxiety disorder".
Since coming home, I finally came to the realization that my mother actually suffers from bi-polar disorder and other mental health issues. As a kid, I just believed whatever my mother told me about my health; to which i regret dearly. After visiting multiple doctors and working hard back in school, I learned that I DO NOT suffer from any mental health issue and have been examined by the doctors here at home and have received letters from my employers, teachers, and certified doctors that I am capable of military service.
Now I wish to prove to the Marine Corps that my diagnosis was false and that I've gathered enough evidence to prove that I do not have "unspecified anxiety disorder" I've worked my ass off since being discharged to better myself and for these records. Being a US. Marine is defiantly something I wish to do.
I've met with a recruiter and he told me the only way I can get back in is to have my RE-Code changed to something more workable. I've received mixed answers on how to proceed with this. I've been told to either fill out a BUMED, DD-149, DD-293, go get a lawyer, do it without a lawyer, send it to BCNR, or the Boards and corrections, I've just been all over the place and it's exhausting. I hate to say that I might as well give up and move on, but there's never been anything I want more than to become a US Marine.
If anyone has advice or suggestions to help me with this challenge, please let me know and thank you for your time.

The medical/ psychological process the military does is an interesting thing. They turn away good dudes over minor issues. But, somehow guys with major red flags slip through the cracks unnoticed and end up killing and assaulting fellow soldiers at Fort Hood. I think the system really needs to be reformed, because have patriots like you who want to serve, but have to fight an uphill battle to over something in your past you had no control over.
If this is what you want to do I recommend exhausting all routes and reaching the people who can get you back in. You’ll hear everyone’s opinion on it. But none of that matters. What matters if finding who can get you back in. We have a lot of knowledgeable people on here. Hopefully they can point you in the right direction.

I will be completely honest with you. I cannot answer on the Marine Corp waiver process, but my guess is it will be difficult. The problem is you went to MEPS and did not disclose this and then went to training and decided to disclose it. I am not sure why you would have done this, home sick, got scared or whatever. Tthats your business but I do know the Core didn't just find out routinely. Many a young men and women get to training and go home this way only years later realized that they should have sucked it up. I wish you good luck.

I didn't finish usmc boot camp, in my DD 214 says it was ELS, JDA1, RE-3F, and is Uncharacterized. Disclose of a wrist fracture that had happened 8 years ago, so they sent me to radiology and took x-rays of my wrist and found out i have a non union fracture, so doc told me all i need is a surgery to come back, but now is hard, because i was discharged for erroneous enlistment.

Yeah I did dude that year old post. Truth be told I've been just mentally and emotionally exhausted about all this I didn't feel like rewriting a whole new post. I f'd up big time.
