NCO SFC June promotion board. (Any advice?)

Anyone here going up for the June SFC board?
1. How do you think you match up with your peers.
2. How bad is a NCO without the rated NCO signature. And do you have to write a letter to the board addressing that?
3. What would making that list mean to you?
4. If you missed your first look in the secondary zone does it affect you getting all looks in your primary zone?

Any advice is great advice.
