Scoliosis is congenital, you're born with it.

Are you saying that you want to be medically chaptered and not MEB? Do you understand what that actually means?

No I'm saying I'm not trying to get medically chaptered, if it was a MEB then I wouldn't mind but I have never had any problems with my back until last year and more during deployment.

I would think that it depends on whether or not it was identified at MEPS and listed in your records there. I hope they aren't trying to give you crap about percentages and stuff. Let us know how that one comes out. Because THAT is a VERY good question! Good luck.

If you have an actual question you should probably put all the relevant information in your post so we can answer it

SGT(P) (Join to see) your question was answered but you continued to add information, plus the second part of your post was not a question. I answered the title part but your sub part is not a question. Let me feel free to give you an English lesson -
"want to medically chapter but not MEB?"

First off, who wants to medically chapter?
Second, what do you mean by a medical chapter? You're an NCO, and a 42A, so we hope that you know what you mean by a medical chapter because there's no such thing as a medical chapter.
Third, I asked you to explain the situation. Feel free to have not asked the question at all if you want to be disrespectful. Let me remind you that the Army Social Media Policy reminds you to treat people as if they are in your personage and that you may want to reword your statements as if your words are permanent - because they are - and as if the people you are speaking to have served with your Battalion or Brigade CSM, because we probably have. So if you wouldn't say it to another person's face, you shouldn't say it here on social media
