Va medicalmarijuana
Thursday's measure, sponsored by Sens. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., and Steve Daines, R-Mont., would allow VA physicians to discuss use of the drug for pain management or anxiety only in the 24 states where the drug is legal, either for medical or recreational purposes.

I personally would refuse MMJ therapy, legal or no.

I would recommend caution until the Feds legalize it. There are too many Federal regulations and laws that can cause problems even if legal at the state level.

One being the Brady bill, which allows the government to take your guns and flag you for background checks if using illegal drugs.
